Job Opening: Fire & Emergency Services Equipment Manager

The Town of Cranberry Isles, Maine is accepting applications for the position of Public Safety Coordinator.

Cranberry Isles, an island community with 140 year-round residents and approx. 600 during the summer, is situated 3.4 miles off Northeast Harbor on Mount Desert Island. The Fire and Emergency Services Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and readiness of our town’s fire and EMS vehicles, equipment, and facilities. This position requires a self-motivated individual capable of managing their own schedule and working without fixed office hours. The role involves conducting thorough monthly inspections and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
